Wife, empty nester, pet mom of two and retired civil servant. Although I hail from TX, I was raised in beautiful California which is where I graduated with a BA in Art and a second Special Major in Graphic Design. After 30 plus years working for the government, I returned to drawing after a 30 plus year hiatus. My young neighbor suggested I try drawing on an iPad so I could draw daily from anywhere. I did not even know drawing was possible on a tablet but I bought one and a year later I am still drawing. I recently donated my art to the Albany Animal Shelter and plan to continue to donate my work to charity fundraisers since I now know my paintings can bring needed funds into the community for different organizations.
I am having the time of my life and I absolutely love it.
